Deal announcement: Kingsbrook is pleased to have advised on the sale of Montcalm International Ltd to Winncare UK.
Montcalm International Limited is a UK specialist supplier of patient mobility, palliative and bariatric care beds within the UK market. The company is the exclusive distributor of premium Canadian hospital bed manufacturer Umano Medical.
The business has established a strong reputation across the NHS, community healthcare, hospices and specialist care providers, offering a comprehensive range of products supported by technical expertise, installation, servicing, and after-sales support. Its long-standing customer relationships, broad product portfolio, and nationwide service capability have made it a trusted partner within the UK healthcare sector.
Winncare UK is one of the UK’s leading providers of medical equipment and assistive technology, specialising in pressure care, patient transfer, moving and handling, community equipment, and homecare solutions. Winncare has pursued a strategy of expanding its product offering and market presence through targeted acquisitions that strengthen its position across the healthcare equipment sector.
