The Rebbettes family founded the award winning M&A advisory firm BCMS in 1989. In 2015 the firm divided into two separate divisions. Kingsbrook continued to sell the SME clients whilst BCMS specialised in selling much larger organisations. The family of companies work closely together under the same roof. We are winners of the Coutts Family Business of the Year award.
