Who we work with

While there is no such thing as a typical Kingsbrook client, the companies we work with may have the following characteristics:

• Revenues—typically £0.5M to £50M.
• Operating profit—typically up to £5 million (Our associate company BCMS Corporate Ltd deals with much larger clients).
• Geography—all regions of the UK and Ireland.
• Corporate type—trading companies rather than investment and property companies.

In addition, our client businesses may be:

• At any stage of the business life cycle—from relatively recent start-up to long-established family company
• A lifestyle company—that is, an ‘accidental businesses’ started with a passion but grown into a much larger business that is now difficult to manage
• A divestment—we often represent clients looking to sell a non-core division of a larger business or group
