Deal announcement: Kingsbrook is pleased to have advised on the sale of Ashe Buchanan Associates Ltd, holding company of Chillistick Ltd and Frozen Delivered Ltd, to Nippon Sanso.
Chillistick and Frozen Delivered provide specialist manufacture and supply of dry ice, and a frozen food delivery service, and hold a leading reputation for quality and innovation within their long-term, prestigious client base. The Group has a significant presence in the UK dry ice market, and works with customers across a broad range of sectors, including pharma, healthcare, research education, and logistics.
Nippon Sanso is a leading industrial and medical gases company in Europe, part of the Nippon Sanso Holdings Group, one of the world’s largest industrial gases providers.
The acquisition strengthens Nippon Sanso UK’s position in the dry ice market, as well as adding temperature-controlled fulfilment capabilities to its portfolio.
