Deal announcement: Kingsbrook is pleased to have advised Lush Heat Treatment Ltd to US private equity firm AE Industrial Partners and its manufacturing subsidiaries GS Precision (GSP) and FT Gearing.
Lush Heat Treatment is a specialist provider of industrial heat treatment services to the aerospace and defence sector, specialising in heat treating cutting-edge precision engineered components for planes and spacecraft, and other applications in which a 0% failure rate is required.
AE Industrial Partners is a US private equity firm investing in aerospace, defence and industrial technology businesses. Its two subsidiaries, specialist manufacturers GS Precision and FT Gearing, deliver high-precision engineered components and mission-critical gearing solutions for demanding global markets.
