Deal announcement: Kingsbrook is pleased to have advised on the sale of Rosedale Funeral Home to Lighthouse Funerals.
Rosedale is an award-winning independent funeral director with seven branches across south Norfolk and north Suffolk. It has become known as one of the most highly respected funeral directors in its area, with a reputation for innovation and superior customer service.
Lighthouse Funerals is a new entry to the funeral sector, having been established in 2024, and is expanding through acquisition. The company is backed by Downing Private Equity.
John Pritchard, a director at Kingsbrook, and Lead Advisor for the deal said:
